Last fall, the Goffstown Fish & Game Association hosted Troop 99 with a troop shoot, which included a firearm safety and range safety demonstration as well as a hands on opportunity to shoot .22 rifles in their range. As a thank you for this experience, the Troop agreed to return in the spring to do a cleanup. Both the boys' troop (maroon) and the girls' troop (blue) attended.

There was much work to be done, and the scouts and their parents did a solid 5 hours of work (with a break for a pizza lunch provided by Vickster's). There was a lot of brush that needed to be hauled off in a trailer, and unloaded onto a gigantic brush pile.

Thanks to Vickster's for the pizza lunch!
Once again, thank you to the Goffstown Fish & Game Association for the opportunity to attend a firearm safety course and troop shoot. We were happy to return the favor with a spring cleanup.
